Stoke Trampoline Gymnastics club has been established for many years offering recreational and competitive trampoline classes in a fun, safe and friendly environment. We welcome all ability levels and pride ourselves on ensuring we cater for all that wish to become a part of our club.

Our recreational classes are for children aged 5 upwards and are aimed at developing basic skills and awareness on the trampoline through twist and somersaults. They are also ideal for those who love to bounce away on their garden trampolines as they will develop safety awareness and a better understanding of the sport. In addition to the skills learnt, the classes also aid the gymnasts to develop memory skills by having to remember routines and sequences.
All of the gymnasts have their own personal development cards which progress through the Trampolining Proficiency Awards scheme that is endorsed by British Gymnastics.
These sessions are managed by our experienced lead recreational coach and a team of fully qualified; child protection trained and DBS checked coaches so your children are in safe hands.
